TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before the commencement of any service you will be required to complete a "Client Consultation Form." By signing this consultation form you are accepting responsibility for the makeup service provided to you. No service will be provided if the form is not completed and signed by the client and/or client guardian.
For group bookings, such as weddings, a 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required before a date will be held. Once your deposit is paid you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of your quote. Full payment is required one week prior to the day of your event and is non-refundable and non-transferable within the week prior to your booking. Trial payments are required on the day of the trial.
For group bookings, a "Client Service Agreement" must be signed before a date can be held. This form can be emailed to you and returned, via email, once signed. If a member of your group will no longer be attending, their place can be filled by someone else but the full quoted amount, as per signed contract, will be required to be paid on the agreed upon date. Refunds may be made, at the discretion of the artist, dependent on circumstance.
